Benasque is another hot resort for cross country ski lovers.

It is located inside the Posets-Maladetas nature reserve , a place of sheer breathtaking beauty nestled in the Spanish Pyrenees with protected oak , birch and beech forests , waterfalls and sheer valleys. This area is in fact home to one of the last living Iberian glaciers with more than 60 summits over 3,000 metres in height.
