Casares Golf opened in 2006 and takes his name from the are where it is located.

Although it currently offers only 9 holes each one is interesting and although not over difficult to play it will allow you to use all the clubs in your bag .There are 5 Par 4s and 1 Par 5 so by playing two rounds you will enjoy feel as though you have played a normal 18 hole course and at around 35 Euros for two rounds it is great value.

Beware of the 6th Hole, an interesting Par 5 of around 498 mts, your tee shot must be accurate enough down a narrow fairway to ensure you have a view of the lake and green on your second shot. The green is well positioned on the left hand side to make this hole challenging for players of all standards, the green is well guarded by a lake at th front, and if you over hit your approach shot here your ball will over shoot the green and end up up out of bounds .

Being a new course it is in good condition although lacking in established trees and vegetation which will enhance the course even more in the coming years.
